Fresh coconut flavour in a thick and rich cream. Coconut Cream is made by boiling coconut meat with water and has a thick consistency and a concentrated flavour. It makes rich and delicious Pina Colada cocktails. In Thai and Malaysian curries, it's a natural. It can flavour sweets like coconut cream pie or coconut cream scones. When beaten with icing sugar it makes an excellent, non-dairy, whipped topping for desserts.
