Vanilla Beans Grade B has a high moisture content of 15-20%. They are a little stiff and drier with a bit of oily and plump with full of vanilla caviar instead the vanilla bean. It has a strong, smooth, creamy and smoky vanilla flavor. The aroma of Smoky, sweet, with  woody notes flavor makes this vanilla bean suitable to make vanilla extracts and vanilla powder.
