Carnaroli rice is a premium Italian rice variety, highly regarded for its firm texture, high starch content, and superior ability to absorb flavors. It is often called the "king of risotto rice" because it retains its shape better than Arborio while still delivering a creamy consistency. This makes it ideal for risottos, creamy rice dishes, and elegant presentations where texture is key. 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Use 1 part rice to 3 parts water or broth. Bring liquid to a boil, add rice, and simmer for 15-18 minutes, stirring occasionally. For risotto, add hot liquid gradually while stirring until creamy (about 18-20 minutes). Remove from heat, let sit for 5 minutes, then serve.
