Red Jasmine Rice is a medium grain rice that has an aromatic, popcorn-like or nutty aroma and flavour. The bran husk creates a chewier, less sticky, finished rice. Delicious steamed on its own and served with a Thai Green Curry. Makes a delicious rice pilaf or is excellent in Fried Rice when cooked and chilled overnight. Can be cooked with coconut milk as a savoury accompaniment for Grilled Thai Chicken or Fish.
