Dry White Coco Beans also known as Navy Beans or just plain White Beans, are small, oval-shaped legumes with a smooth, white exterior. These beans have a mild, slightly nutty flavor and a smooth, creamy texture when cooked. Overall, they are incredibly adaptable, adding protein, texture, and flavor to both savory and sweet dishes. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Soak beans for 1 - 1.5 hours. Rinse and drain the beans in cold water. In a pot, transfer the beans and cover with water, about 2 inches above. Bring to a boil on high heat and cover. Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer and let it cook for about 30-40 minutes or until the beans are soft and tender. Drain excess water. Optional: Pre-soak beans overnight.
