It's toasted, nutty, heady, highly aromatic flavour and aroma is the hallmark of authentic Asian cuisine. Great in stir fried dishes and sautéed vegetables such as broccoli, green beans, and asparagus. Delicious as a flavouring ingredient in Asian vinaigrettes, sparingly added to a neutral oil base along with rice wine vinegar; or as a flavouring for dips and mayonnaises.
